Our sessions run 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, both mornings and evenings. We would love for you to train 4-5 times a week, that way you get your results in record time. However, since each session is intentionally different to stop any boredom and to give you maximum results by keeping your body guessing, it is difficult to describe a 'typical' session. You can though expect running during cardio sessions, as well as some strength exercises. Resistance weight training during our circuit sessions; abs, butts and thighs toning during our A.B.T sessions, and obviously boxing during our boxing sessions. The biggest guarantee is that we do core stability exercises aimed at flattening your stomach in each and every session.
